Please notify us in writing if our services ever fall short of that which we have agreed to provide. Indicate the specific short-comings in reference to product descriptions on our websites and/or written communications you have received from us. Upon receipt of such a complaint, we have one week to correct the issue or demonstrate that our services did not, in fact, fall short of our agreements. If we are not able to solve the issue within one week, you will be entitled to a refund in accord to one of the following, per your choosing: (1) An agreed upon refund amount and adjustement to our provided services. (2) A complete refund on any monies paid, which were designated for services from the date you notified us of the issue, along with the effective termination of our contractual agreements.
In other words, if we are not able to deliver on what we promise, you get out of the agreement and are entitled to a refund on any prepaid and unused services.
